As a child, I spent my free time drawing and creating art with different mediums. I always knew I had a natural ability when it came to art and design.

As I grew older, I was able to merge my love of creating art, with my enthusiasm for the business.  While pursuing my passion for makeup artistry, I was fortunate to work with some of the leading cosmetic brands like MAC Cosmetics and eventually became a leader in the industry myself.

With over 18 years of experience in the fields of beauty, runway, tv/film production, and editorial makeup as a professional artist, I have become well versed in the different needs and aspects of what it takes to create something that looks great in person, as well as on camera.

For me, it’s more than just being a great artist. Yes, that’s very important, but it’s also about doing what’s best for the project and making sure your client is happy.

my favorite style of makeup

Picking a favorite style of makeup is beyond hard for me.  I love the variety of working with different people and the idea of tailoring a look that suits each person.  I enjoy the beauty and simplicity of very natural makeup, but I'm not afraid to go glam (my first love)!

what inspires me most

I think I'm inspired most by working with my clients.  Inspiration hits as soon as I am face to face with my client.  Seeing their features face to face, and getting to know each client is essential.  You learn a lot from their personalities; it makes it fun and exciting to create a look specifically for them!

what a dramatic bridal look means to me

I love creating a romantic soft smokey eye; something that will suit a day that might start at 9:00 am and not end until 1:00 am, and when a bride wants a more severe black rimmed eye, I am all for glamming it up a bit with some lashes!
